We use royal mail for delivery of spares kits.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom mainland. Please contact us for postage options to UK highlands and islands and other counties out side of the UK.
Sealers are usually sent by TNT or similar UK courier and spares kits by Royal Mail First Class Post unless otherwise stated.  Your goods are normally within working 3 days of your order, sometimes spares kits are sent separately. Hulme Martin and Audion Sealers are despatched by Hulme Martin and Audion directly.

We normally despatch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the normal delivery time can vary but is typically between 2-7 working days. Most goods arrive within 5 days unless ordered on weekends. If your order is urgent plase let us know at the time of your order.
We have known a few dispatches to take up to 10 working days during peak times or due to errors. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.

Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of dispatch then please report it using the details on the contact page. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.

Most deliveries are despatched from our Warehouse in Weston Super Mare, sealer kits are sometimes despatched separately from the Sealers.

Just order online and when prompted click on the option "PROFORMA INVOICE" we will receive your order details and you will be given the details of the amount and how to pay.

You can pay by BACs too, so also select the "PROFORMA INVOICE" option and add a note to request our bank details.  Products are despatched when payment is received.
