Conditions of Use

We currently ship to the United Kingdom mainland. Please contact us for postage options to UK highlands and islands and other counties out side of the UK.
Sealers are usually sent by FedEx or similar UK courier and spares kits by Royal Mail First Class Post unless otherwise stated.  Your goods are normally within working 3 days of your order, sometimes spares kits are sent separately. Hulme Martin and Audion Sealers are despatched by Hulme Martin and Audion directly.

We normally despatch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the normal delivery time can vary but is typically between 2-7 working days. Most goods arrive within 5 days unless ordered on weekends. We have known a few dispatches to take up to 10 working days during peak times or due to errors. All despatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.

Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 14 days of dispatch then please report it using the details on the contact page. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.

Hulme Martin and Audion Sealers are sent directly from the manufacruer and PackSealer have to check prices, stock and delivery of these sealers prior to ordering, please refer to the manufacturer for their terms and conditions of sale.

Payment

Online payment is managed via the secure PayPal payment processing system. Please visit the PayPal web-site for a full list of the terms and conditions relating to the shopping cart system Paypal is fast, secure and easy to use.

You may also pay via cheque or postal order but they will be subject to clearance before despatch. Please make these payable to TMEC UK Limited, for BACs payments please contact PackSealer.

Cancellation Of Orders

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt will gladly take back wrongly purchased or unsuitable items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition, but these will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The goods to be returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not refund your original order postage cost, and the cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method as we can not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred in transit back to us. Please telephone our customer care department on 0844 88 45 458 or preferably by email enquiries@packsealer.co.uk for further instructions.

It is your responsibility to contact us preferably by email: enquiries@packsealer.co.uk regarding any shortages or packing errors within 2 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.

Postal Damages

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving faulty or damaged, please inform us preferably by email: enquiries@packsealer.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Your goods will need to be signed for, please ensure you sign as unchecked. This way, if your goods are damaged in transit, a claim can be made against the carrier.  Providing we have been made aware within 2 days of receipt if your item that there is a problem, you will be sent instructions on sending back the damaged goods, and a replacement will be sent. The cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method as we can not be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.

Warranty Returns Information:

All our new products are supplied with a 12-month return to base (RTB) warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing. All second hand products are fully tested before they are offered for sale and carry no further warranty. Any faults or defects are mentioned in the listing.

NB: Sealer heating elements, Teflon, cutter blades and fuses are not covered by the warranty, spares are provided with new sealer and should you require more then these can be purchased from PackSealer.

 If a fault becomes apparent within the first seven days, we will either offer a full refund or supply replacement goods once the faulty goods have been returned to us. Please telephone our customer care department on 0844 8845 458 or preferably by email: enquiries@packsealer.co.uk for further instructions. Please note that you will be required to pay the cost of returning products to us. If the product needs to be returned, please ensure it is complete and in it's original packing.

In order to keep out prices low we operate a lean model which means that the office is often unmanned so it may be necessary to leave a voice mail or contact us by email.

PackSealer does not have a showroom and all sealers are stocked at our warehouse in Weston Super Mare. Please contact PackSealer before visiting.
