Audion Tube sealer for the simultaneously sealing and coding of PE-AL/PE tubes
The Audion Tube Sealer 50 is a compact and complete solution for the heat sealing and optional coding of plastic tubes of different lengths and diameters. Capable of typically sealing up to six tubes at any one time (depending on tube diameter). This user-friendly machine is supplied with an innovative temperature control system, which steady monitors, cycle after cycle, the actual sealing temperature. The sealing and cooling time is electronic controlled.

The Tube 50 is equipped with bi-active sealing bars; a moving thermo controlled impulse seal bar and a fixed heat seal bar which is prepared for code sealing. Average productivity 600 tubes/h.

- Tube length: 70 mm-230 mm
- Tube Ø: 20-50 mm
- Tube holder for 6 tubes: cap Ø from 20 to 40 mm (seal length max. 65 mm per tube)
- Tube holder for 4 tubes: cap Ø from 40 to 50 mm
- Possible tubes: PE-PP/AL-PE
- Seal width: 4 mm flat
- Sealing: flat 105/220 x 4 mm
- Bi-active sealing bars
