The Audion AD666 MPCV-2 is a validatable medical band sealer designed for hospitals, dental surgeries, sterile processing departments, and pharmaceutical labs that need compliant, traceable sealing of sterilisation pouches. It seals and codes medical pouches according to DIN 58953 Part 7 and is suitable for packing sterilised products according to ISO 11607 and EN 868.

The multi-line seal with self-correcting seal pressure runs at up to 10 m/min, sealing paper/polypropylene medical pouches and thin aluminium foil laminate pillow bags (max 100 micron, no gusset bags). The built-in matrix printer stamps date, operator name, serial number, and tracking codes directly onto each pouch, meeting EN 980 symbol requirements.

The AD666 MPCV can be programmed via the keypad or connected to a PC/network for central management. Constant monitoring of all seal parameters triggers alarm and block functions if any parameter goes out of range, supporting validatable processes in regulated environments.
