Hand impulse sealers are the most common starting point for businesses that need to seal plastic bags. Table-mounted, simple to operate, and built for up to 200 seals a day. We stock Pacplus and Hulme Martin models from 200mm mini sealers up to 1000mm units for industrial-size bags.

If you need a plastic bag sealer for food packing, e-commerce fulfilment or general manufacturing, this is the category. Impulse models handle standard polythene and polypropylene. Direct heat versions suit thicker materials like foil pouches and laminate papers. Some models include a built-in cutter for sealing and trimming poly tubing in one pass.

All hand sealers use two consumables: a heating element wire and PTFE tape. Both are cheap to replace and we stock spares for every model we sell.
