PackSealer Spares Kits

Spares kits contain everything you need to service a hand impulse sealer in one package. Each kit includes the heating element wire, PTFE (Teflon) cover tape, and the fixing clips to hold them in place.

Buying a kit is faster and more cost-effective than ordering individual parts. Everything arrives together. No separate orders. No waiting for a missing part to arrive.

When to Use a Kit

• When your seal quality starts to drop
• When the PTFE tape shows burn marks or black spots
• When the element wire snaps or develops visible damage
• As a scheduled maintenance replacement every 3–6 months on daily-use machines

Choosing the Right Kit

Each kit is matched to a specific machine model and seal length. Check your machine model (printed on the base plate) and seal length before ordering. If you are unsure, call 0121 704 0294.

Pro Tip

Order a backup kit when you buy your machine. When your sealer fails mid-run, you want the parts on hand — not on order.
