Heat sealer spares kit for 350mm foot pedal impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSF355, KSF350 and most other 350mm foot operated models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (391mm between eyelets, 350mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
Foot pedal sealers work harder than hand models because they're running hands-free at higher throughput. That means the 5mm element takes more heat cycles per shift. Keep a spare kit on the shelf so a worn wire doesn't stop your packing line.
When to replace: Patchy seals, longer timer settings, or dark marks on the wire. If you're cranking the timer up to compensate, the element's done.
