PackSealer supplies Monmouth Scientific modular cleanrooms: ISO 6 to ISO 9, designed and built in the UK, validated to ISO 14644-1. The Cleanroom Kits below ship at a fixed price and self-assemble in a day or two. For anything larger, we scope and install facility-scale builds to your floor plan.

Monmouth has delivered up to 500m² on a single site (the ISO 7 and ISO 8 facility we built for ADDEV Parafix) and down to a 12m² pilot cell. Same panel system, same HEPA grade, same door hardware at every size. The kit is a packaging decision. The envelope inside is identical.

Cleanrooms by ISO classification

  • ISO 7 cleanroom: Class 10,000. Sterile fill, device assembly, composite layup.
  • ISO 8 cleanroom: Class 100,000. The value class when ISO 7 is more than the work needs.

What a UK cleanroom costs

We publish prices. Most cleanroom suppliers quote everything as a project and hold the number back as POA. A Monmouth Cleanroom Kit starts at £17,560 ex VAT for 12m² and runs to £24,800 ex VAT for 25m². That price includes the wall panels, HEPA-filtered ceiling, gasketed door and control panel. Builds beyond 25m² are quoted to your floor plan. Validation visits run £400 to £795 depending on scope.
