Aluminium Modular Cleanrooms
Create a guaranteed ISO Class clean environment with an existing room or space. Constructed from free-standing aluminium framework, assembled on site in just a few hours. Expandable & adaptable, Modular Cleanrooms offer a permanent or semi-permanent cost-effective solution to creating a clean area quickly with minimum on-site disruption.Construction:
We offer a range of standard sizes from 12m2 to 25m2or an entirely bespoke solution, allowing us to accommodate sizes from small to larger scale installations. All components are manufactured from long lasting & easily cleaned materials to ensure years of uninterrupted service.
The construction is lightweight & can be dismantled & relocated if required. With a choice different size standard elements, a variety of working areas can be created. Panel walling is constructed from aluminium composite, to suit requirements, and clear non-break polycarbonate to create window panes.
The Modular Cleanrooms can be built with or without changing/entrance areas. The entrances can be constructed utilising sliding doors, hinged doors, strip curtains or a combination of the three. Transfer hatches can be installed to allow the safe & easy passing of items into the clean environmentOperation:
Clean Air Modules (CAM) use H14 HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters with 99.997% efficiency at 0.3 microns to create a positive pressure & clean air environment within the room.
A variety of levels of cleanliness can be achieved in accordance with ISO Cleanroom standards to BS EN ISO 14644-1; Classes 6, 7 & 8 being the most common.
