- Description
Heat sealer spare parts for a full seal bar overhaul on double-heat (x2) PackSealer PSF foot pedal sealers. Complete rebuild kit covering both upper and lower seal bars. Available in sizes to fit all standard PSF double-heat models.
What's included:
- 4x flat heating element wires (5mm width) or 2x wires (8mm width)
- 2x rolls upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 1x roll underwire PTFE tape (10mm x 10m)
- 2x silicone pressure strips
Double-heat machines seal from both jaws, so both bars need servicing together. This kit gives you enough consumables to overhaul the full assembly. Fresh pads and PTFE across both bars restore even pressure and consistent seal quality.
When to replace: If seals are coming out uneven despite new wires, the pressure strips and PTFE are likely worn. This kit handles the complete rebuild.
