- Description
Heat sealer spare parts for a full seal bar overhaul on single-heat PackSealer PSF foot pedal sealers. Everything you need to strip and rebuild the seal assembly in one order. Available in sizes to fit all standard PSF models.
What's included:
- 4x flat heating element wires (5mm width) or 2x wires (8mm width)
- 2x rolls upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 1x roll underwire PTFE tape (10mm x 10m)
- 2x silicone pressure pads
This is the full service kit. Multiple sets of wires, fresh PTFE for upper and lower surfaces, and new silicone pressure pads. The pads are the part people overlook. When they harden or crack, you get uneven pressure across the seal bar, which shows up as weak spots at the edges.
When to replace: If swapping the wire alone isn't fixing seal quality, the pads and PTFE need doing too. This kit covers the lot in one go.
