Heat sealer spares kit for 400mm foot pedal impulse sealers using 3mm wide wire. Fits the SF400, SF400C and compatible 400mm foot operated seal-and-cut models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (400mm seal length, 3mm width)
- 1x roll self-adhesive PTFE (Teflon) tape (15mm x 10m)
The 3mm wire on this model is narrower than the standard 5mm PSF element. Make sure you're ordering the correct width for your machine. The self-adhesive PTFE roll lets you cut strips to length as needed.
When to replace: Weak seals or visible wire damage. Foot pedal sealers cycle more frequently than hand models, so elements wear faster. Worth keeping a kit in stock if the machine's in daily use.
