Heat sealer spares kit for 450mm foot pedal impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSF455, PSF455X2, PSF455A, PSB455A, KSF450, KSA450, KSF450X2 and most other 450mm foot operated models.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (490mm between eyelets, 450mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
The 450mm foot pedal sealer is one of the most popular sizes for production packing. These machines cycle all day, and a blown element means the line stops. Keeping a spare kit within reach saves you waiting for delivery mid-shift.
When to replace: Uneven seals, longer cycle times, or visible wire damage. If you're compensating with higher timer settings, the element needs swapping.
