The PSF455A is a 450mm automatic heat sealer with foot pedal operation, designed for packaging lines that need consistent seals without operator variation. Press the pedal and the machine completes the seal cycle on its own. No holding, no timing, no guesswork.
Pedestal mounted at 870mm working height, with a 2mm seal width that handles standard polythene and lighter laminate films well. The automatic timer adjusts for film thickness across 2 x 25 to 2 x 150 micron, at up to 6 packages per minute, which suits steady production work rather than high-speed runs. For heavier bags that need a wider seal bond, see the PSF455 with its 10mm seal.
The automatic cycle is what packing benches with more than one operator specify. Set the timer for your film once and every seal is the same seal, whoever is on the pedal and however long the shift.

Common questions
What does the automatic timer actually do?
It runs the seal cycle for you. Press the pedal and the machine clamps, heats for the set time, and releases. The operator never judges the timing, so under-sealed and over-sealed rejects stop depending on who is on the bench.
What is the difference between the PSF455A and the PSF455?
The PSF455A seals at a standard 2mm width with the automatic cycle; the PSF455 gives a wide 10mm heavy-duty weld with manual pedal control. Standard polythene bags want the A; woven sacks and heavy bags want the 10mm.
