The PSF805 is the largest foot pedal heat sealer in the PackSealer range, sealing bags up to 780mm wide with an 800mm seal length and a 5mm seal. Built for industrial packing where the bags are simply too wide for standard sealers.
Pedestal mounted at 775mm working height with an adjustable worktable that supports larger bags during sealing. Typical applications are pallet liners, large garment bags, wide sacks, and oversized polythene packaging. The 5mm seal holds up under the weight and stress that comes with bigger bags, and the adjustable timer covers films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 200 micron, a wider range than the smaller models in the PSF family. Common questions
What do people seal on an 800mm machine?
Pallet liners, large garment bags, wide sacks, and oversized polythene packaging. Anything too wide for a 600mm jaw. The adjustable worktable matters at this size: it carries the bag's weight while you position the seal line.
What films can it seal?
Polythene and similar heat-sealable films from 2 x 25 to 2 x 200 micron, a wider range than the smaller PSF models, because bigger bags tend to come in heavier gauges. If you are unsure about your bag, send us a sample and we will seal it on the machine. Free.
