Heat sealer spares kit for 800mm foot pedal impulse sealers with a 10mm wide seal bar. Fits the PackSealer PSF805, KSF800 and other 800mm foot operated models configured for 10mm seals.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (832mm between eyelets, 800mm seal length, 10mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
The 10mm element produces a much wider seal than the standard 5mm wire. It's typically used on heavy-gauge films and lined materials where a broader bond is needed. Make sure you're ordering the correct width for your seal bar.
When to replace: Wider elements draw more current and can wear faster under heavy use. Uneven seals or visible damage across the 10mm surface mean it's time. Keep a spare on the shelf for production continuity.
