Heat sealer spares kit for 800mm foot pedal impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSF805, KSF800 and most other 800mm foot operated models with 5mm seal bars.
What's included:
- 2x flat heating element wires (832mm between eyelets, 800mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x roll lower PTFE (Teflon) tape
At 800mm, these are serious production machines. Longer elements are more prone to uneven wear and harder to source quickly. Stock a spare kit so a blown wire doesn't shut down your packing line. These aren't the kind of parts you can pick up from a local supplier.
When to replace: Watch for weak spots at the ends of the bar as well as the centre. Dark marks, pitting, or breaks anywhere along the wire mean it's done.
