Heat sealer spare parts set for the Audion D555NVT continuous band sealer. Genuine Audion parts covering the three main consumables in one order.
What's included:
- 1x PTFE band (690mm x 15mm x 0.25mm) - part 129-02003
- 1x V-belt (3M x 345mm) - part 305-02002
- 1x Heating element (115V, 250W) - part 129-03000
The D555NVT is a workhorse continuous sealer used in food, fulfilment and general manufacturing. This set covers the belt, band and element in one go. Saves ordering three separate parts and means you've got everything ready for a full service.
When to replace: Inconsistent seals point to the element or PTFE band. If the conveyor's slipping or the feed speed is inconsistent, the V-belt's stretched.
