- Description
The Audion AD545AH-2 is a compact horizontal continuous band sealer for food processors, pharmaceutical packers, and clean production environments where space is limited but sealing quality cannot be compromised. Pre-made bags are fed in lying flat, sealed, and discharged automatically.
All operating parameters are controlled from a digital control panel with an automatic cool-down function. The conveyor belt is adjustable in height and can be pulled out towards the operator for larger products. Using PTFE belts, the AD545AH seals polythene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminium, and other laminates up to 2 x 120 micron (minimum 2 x 20 micron). The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 50mm.
