Comprehensive heat sealer spares kit for the Audion Magneta 421 MG and MGM impulse sealers. Original Audion parts. Everything you need to overhaul the seal bar in one order.

What's included:
- 2x rubber pressure pads
- 5x lower PTFE strips (12mm)
- 5x upper zonal PTFE strips (40mm, in 10/20/10 configuration)
- 2m x 3mm seal wire (cut to length as needed)
- 5x knife cutter blades
- 1x AUDC adhesive
The Magneta 421 is widely used in medical, pharmaceutical and food packaging where seal integrity is critical. This bundle covers multiple wire and blade changes, so it's effectively 6 to 12 months of service stock depending on your throughput.
When to replace: If validated seals are drifting out of spec, start with the wire and PTFE. Worn pressure pads show as uneven seal pressure across the bar width.
