Heat sealer spares kit for the Audion Magneta 421 MGI and MGMI impulse sealers. Original Audion parts for the bi-active (double-sided heating) version of the 421.

What's included:
- 1x seal bar assembly
- 2x rubber pressure pads
- 5x lower PTFE strips
- 5x upper PTFE strips
- 1x roll seal wire (cut to length)
- 5x knife cutter blades
- 1x AUDC adhesive
The MGI/MGMI models heat from both sides of the seal bar, which is essential for thicker films and medical-grade pouches. This bundle includes a complete seal bar, so it covers a full rebuild plus multiple service changes of wire, PTFE and blades.
When to replace: Bi-active sealers are less forgiving of worn consumables. If seal validation results are inconsistent, replace wire and PTFE first. Uneven pressure across the bar width usually points to the rubber pads.
