The Magneta 620 is a workhorse in medical and pharmaceutical packing lines. This bundle includes a complete replacement seal bar plus enough wire, PTFE and blades for months of service. The 10m wire roll gives you roughly 15 to 20 changes on the 620mm bar.
When to replace: If seal quality is drifting on validated packs, start with the wire and PTFE. A worn seal bar assembly or hardened silicone rubber will show as pressure inconsistencies along the 620mm length.
