Heat sealer spares kit for the Audion Magneta 621 MGI and MGMI bi-active impulse sealers. Original Audion parts for the double-sided heating 620mm model.

What's included:
- 2x rubber pressure pads
- 5x lower PTFE strips
- 5x upper PTFE strips
- 5x seal wires
- 5x knife cutter blades
- 1x AUDC adhesive
The 621 MGI/MGMI heats from both sides of the jaw, which is critical for sealing thicker medical pouches and multi-layer films. Five sets of wire and PTFE in one bundle means you're stocked for months of production.
When to replace: Bi-active sealers need both upper and lower consumables in good condition. If validated seals are failing or showing inconsistency, replace wire and PTFE on both sides. Worn rubber pads cause uneven pressure across the full 620mm bar.
