Heating element wire for the Audion Magneta 621 MGI and MGMI impulse sealers. 5mm wide flat wire, supplied as 2 pre-cut lengths. Genuine Audion part.
Audion part number: A452310
The MGI/MGMI models are the medical-grade Magneta sealers with validation capability. This is the correct 5mm wire for those machines. Don't use generic 3mm wire as a substitute.
When to replace: Discolouration, pitting or breaks on the wire. On validatable sealers, any wire degradation can push seal parameters out of spec. Replace at the first sign of wear rather than waiting for failure.
