Audion Tube Sealer 50: seal and code PE and AL/PE tubes
The Tube 50 seals plastic tubes in batches of four to six per cycle, around 600 tubes an hour, with an optional code seal stamped in the same pass. A moving thermo-controlled impulse bar works against a fixed heat bar, the machine monitors the actual seal temperature cycle after cycle, and seal and cool times are electronically controlled. Set one of the nine storage programs for each tube you run and the sealing pressure adjusts itself.
Audion has discontinued the Tube 50, so what's on our shelf is what's left. If you need a tube sealer in current production, look at the Hulme Martin Stand Up Pouch and Tube Sealer.
