The AD545AV-2 is a tabletop vertical continuous band sealer.Pre-made bags are sealed standing up, which is ideal for powder, liquid or solid products that would spill if sealed laying flat.
Built from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, the AD545AV delivers consistent, high-quality seals across polythene, polypropylene, laminated films, and other heat-sealable materials. Precise temperature and speed controls let operators customise settings for each bag type, and the adjustable conveyor system accommodates varying bag heights and sizes.
This vertical band sealer suits food packaging, industrial goods, chemicals, pet food, coffee and tea, and commercial retail products where bags need to be sealed upright to prevent spillage during the sealing process.
