Heat sealer spares kit for 320mm Optimax C-type impulse sealers. Replacement element wire and Teflon for the Optimax C320 and compatible 320mm models.

Basic service kit for a single wire change on the C-type constant-heat range. The C-type uses different consumables to the standard OC impulse sealers, so make sure you're ordering the right kit for your machine type. Check the model plate on the front of the sealer.
When to replace: If seals are patchy or the wire has visible dark marks, it needs swapping. Constant-heat sealers wear the wire differently to impulse models because the element runs at temperature continuously rather than pulsing on demand. Check it regularly if you're running high volumes.
