The FCBS730 is a stainless steel continuous band sealer that converts between horizontal and vertical operation, making it a practical choice for food production lines, mixed-product packaging, and any environment where bag sizes and orientations change through the day. Both conversion kits are included.
Bags up to 330mm tall can be sealed in vertical mode, which suits powders, granules, and liquids that would spill if sealed lying flat. In horizontal mode, pre-made bags of any length are fed through lying down. The PID digital temperature controller provides precise heat regulation for materials that need exact sealing parameters.

Before you buy on the coder
The FCBS730's hot ink coder stamps up to 14 characters on the bag as it passes, letters and numbers supplied. On consistent film it does the job.
It is also the fussiest part of the machine, and it cares more about your bags than your bag count. Where film gauge varies pouch to pouch, the print wheels can drag a bag through or fall a step out of time with it. You get a partial code, or a bag that stalls and the next one stacks up behind it. Nothing breaks. You stop, clear it, set off again.

If the code has to be right every time (an audit trail, a retailer spec, a regulated product) tell us before you order. Coding you can guarantee at volume is a heavier machine and a different budget. We'd rather say that now than sell you this one twice.
Extended forced-air cooling with extra-wide cooling bars ensures clean seals even at higher speeds. Knurled pressure rollers with variable pressure adjustment and an adjustable bag entry guide keep bags feeding straight.
