- Description
The FFRD1000 is a 1000mm continuous band sealer with a wider conveyor than the FCBS730, giving you more clearance for larger bags and bulkier products. It converts between horizontal and vertical operation with included kits, and the stainless steel construction makes it suitable for food production and clean environments.
The PID digital temperature controller with dual display (target and current) lets you dial in precise sealing parameters for polythene, polypropylene, laminates, and cellophane. A hot ink coder prints batch information directly onto the sealed bag. At speeds up to 16 m/min, the FFRD1000 handles high-volume production runs without bottlenecking.

Extended forced-air cooling with extra-wide cooling bars and knurled pressure rollers with variable pressure adjustment ensure clean, consistent seals at higher speeds.
