Complete heater blade assembly for Optimax and Transpak banding machines. Part number T6-1-41000. Drop-in replacement for the heat element assembly in TRS-series banders.
Fits: Optimax TRS600 and compatible OTRS banding machines.
When to replace: If bands are not sealing properly, the heater blade has degraded. A worn blade causes incomplete welds, loose bands, and rejected packs.
