Heat sealer spares kit for Hulme Martin tube and pouch sealers. Full jaw refurbishment pack with genuine HM parts.
What's included:
- 6x element wires
- 6x Teflon insulation strips
- 6x underwire Teflon strips
- 2x rubber pressure pads
Tube sealers work the consumables harder than standard impulse sealers because they're sealing thicker material and often running continuous cycles. Six sets of wires and insulation gives you plenty of runway, and both pressure pads are included so you can overhaul the full jaw assembly.
When to replace: If the tube seal is wrinkling or not holding under pressure, the wire and insulation need changing. Hardened or cracked pressure pads will show as uneven seal width along the bar.
