Heat sealer spares kit for the Hulme Martin HM1800 impulse sealer. Genuine HM parts for a complete jaw rebuild.

What's included:
- 5x element wires
- 5x barrier tapes
- 1x rubber pressure pad
Five wire and tape sets plus a fresh pressure pad. The HM1800 has a longer seal bar, which means more surface area wearing against the PTFE and pad. Keeping a refurbishment kit on the shelf avoids downtime when the wire eventually goes.
When to replace: Patchy seals along the bar length, particularly fading at the ends, usually means the wire is worn unevenly. If the pad has hardened, you'll get inconsistent pressure across the full seal width.
