What's included:
- 5x element wires
- 5x barrier tapes
- 1x rubber pressure pad
The 6500CDL is a continuous duty machine, so it chews through consumables faster than standard sealers. Five wire sets give you enough stock to keep the line running without waiting on reorders.
When to replace: On continuous duty sealers, wire life is shorter because the element barely cools between cycles. Check the wire after every shift if you're running high volumes. Barrier tape and pressure pad should be swapped whenever you notice seal quality dropping off.
