- Heating element (10m roll)
- Teflon (10m roll)
- Sealing bar (complete bar assembly)
- Rubber gasket (5m roll)
- Counterbar silicone pressure pad (2m roll)
- 1x piston for lid opening
- 1x welding diaphragm
- 1x air filter
- Vacuum pump oil, hydraulic oil viscosity 32% (1 litre)
- Pump blades
This is the full service pack, not just seal bar consumables. It covers the pump oil, blades, air filter and diaphragm that most people forget about until something fails. Having this on the shelf means you can deal with almost any service issue the same day.
When to replace: The pump needs regular oil changes and blade replacements. The diaphragm and gasket degrade over time even when the machine sits idle. If vacuum pull is slow or the lid isn't seating properly, check those parts first.
