The SealKid 236 is Audion's entry-level impulse sealer, popular in labs, clinics and small packing stations. This kit covers all the seal bar consumables you'll need. Follow the Audion user manual when fitting, particularly when positioning the PTFE and wire.
When to replace: If seals are inconsistent or the cutter isn't separating cleanly, swap the wire and blade first. A hardened pressure pad shows as weak spots across the seal.
