- 2x rubber pressure pads
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
- 2x upper PTFE strips
- 2x element wires
- 2x knife cutter blades
- 1x AUDC adhesive
The SealKid 421 is the most popular model in Audion's SealKid range, used heavily in food, pharma and cleanroom packaging. This kit covers a full seal bar overhaul with two sets of wires and blades. Follow the Audion user manual when fitting, particularly when positioning the PTFE and wire to avoid short circuits.
When to replace: Inconsistent seals, a dull cutter, or uneven pressure along the bar. Two pressure pads are included because they're the part most people forget to check.
