Heat sealer spares kit for Optimax and Hacona OS-type (S-type) impulse sealers. Fits the OS420, OS620, OS820 and OS1020 models and their S-series equivalents (S420, S620, S820, S1020).

What's included:
- Upper Teflon (5m roll)
- Lower Teflon (5m roll)
- Sealing wire, 5mm x 5m roll
- Replacement cutting blades (pack of 5)
- Silicone rubber pressure pads (2m x 2 rolls)
Everything comes on rolls, so you cut to length for your specific model. That makes this one pack work across the full OS/S-type range from 420mm up to 1020mm. Five cutting blades and 4m of silicone rubber means multiple service changes before you need to reorder.
When to replace: The S-type machines are seal-and-cut units, so watch for both seal quality and cut quality. If the blade tears rather than cuts, or seals are uneven, it's time for a full service.
