PSF Constant Heat Sealer extension post
Size: Seal width 400mm x 15mm.
Equipped with an electronic temperature controller that controls the temperature form 0-300degC.
The Direct Heat Sealer or Constant Heat Sealer provides a higher temperature on heated jaws, so it is mostly used for aluminium foil laminates, craft paper laminates or Cellophane. The jaws are manually closed with the foot pedal and with both jaws heated to a pre-set temperature there is better heat penetration to seal and crimp thicker material.
Unlike impulse sealers this PSF315DD requires minimal maintenance: no regular changing of Teflon, Element Wires or Silicon. Just regular cleaning of the jaws clean using a light wire brush.

Please note that this direct heat sealer / constant heat sealer is not suitable for polythene bags as the polythene can melt and burn onto the jaws of the machine. For such bags choose an impulse heat sealer:
