- Description
Heat sealer spare parts for a complete overhaul on PackSealer PSF foot pedal sealers in the X2 double-heat range. Full service kit for machines that seal from both jaws simultaneously. Available in sizes to fit all PSF X2 models.
What's included:
- 4x flat heating element wires (5mm width) or 2x wires (8mm width)
- 2x rolls upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 1x roll underwire PTFE tape (10mm x 10m)
- 2x silicone pressure strips
The X2 range puts more stress on consumables because both bars fire on every cycle. That means pads and PTFE wear out faster than on single-heat models. This kit has everything you need to bring both seal bars back to factory condition.
When to replace: Persistent seal problems after a wire change point to worn pads or degraded PTFE. Don't chase the problem with timer adjustments. Overhaul the full assembly and get it right.
