Heat sealer spares kit for 1000mm portable impulse sealers. Fits the KS1000HI and compatible 1000mm portable hand sealers. The longest wire in the portable sealer range.
What's included:
- 2x element wires (1000mm seal length, 3mm width)
- 1x roll PTFE (Teflon) tape
At a metre long, the 1000mm portable sealer is used for heavy-duty site work, pallet wrapping closures and large bag sealing. The PTFE is supplied as a roll rather than pre-cut strips, so you can cut to length as needed.
When to replace: Longer elements are more prone to uneven wear. Check the full length of the wire for dark spots, kinks or breaks. If seals are dropping off at the ends of the bar, the wire's gone. Worth keeping a spare kit in stock given the lead time on longer wires.
