Heat sealer spare parts for 200mm hand impulse sealers using round wire. Fits the PackSealer PSH202, PSH202C, PSH202V, KS200, KS200P, KS200C and compatible 200mm models.
What's included:
- 2x round heating element wires (230mm between eyelets, 200mm seal length, 0.5mm diameter)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
Round wire seals and cuts in one operation. The thinner profile melts through the film rather than just sealing it, so there's no need for a separate cutter blade.
When to replace: If the wire isn't cutting cleanly through the film, or you're getting incomplete seals, the element needs replacing. Round wire wears faster than flat wire because it runs at a higher temperature per unit area.
