Heat sealer spares kit for a full seal bar overhaul on 200mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PackSealer PSH202, PSH202V, KS200, KS200P, PFS200 and similar 200mm models. Everything you need to strip and rebuild the seal assembly in one order.
What's included:
- 4x flat heating element wires (200mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 4x upper PTFE (Teflon) strips
- 1x roll lower PTFE tape (10mm x 10m)
- 1x upper silicone pressure pad
- 2x cutter blades
Four sets of wires and PTFE, plus a fresh pressure pad and cutter blades. That's months of service stock for most operations. The silicone pad is the part people forget. When it hardens or cracks, you get uneven pressure across the seal bar, which shows up as weak spots at the edges.
When to replace: If individual wire changes aren't solving seal quality problems, the pad and lower PTFE probably need doing too. This kit lets you overhaul everything in one go.
