Heat sealer spares kit for the PackSealer PSH305 300mm hand impulse sealer with 5mm wide seal. Replacement element wire and PTFE for 5mm seal bar models.
What's included:
- 1x flat heating element wire (340mm between eyelets, 300mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
The 5mm wire produces a wider seal than the standard 2mm element. This kit includes one wire rather than the usual two, so order a second kit if you want a spare on the shelf.
When to replace: If the seal is coming out uneven or the timer needs extending to get the same result, the element's worn. Wider wires draw more current and can wear slightly faster than 2mm elements under heavy use.
