- Description
Heat sealer spares kit for 500mm hand impulse sealers using a 5mm wide element. Fits the KS500 and similar 500mm models with 5mm seal bars. For light duty and low throughput applications only.
What's included:
- 1x flat heating element wire (547mm between eyelet centres, 500mm seal length, 5mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
The wider 5mm element produces a broader seal, but this kit is rated for light duty use. If you're sealing heavy-gauge film or running high volumes, you'll want the standard 2mm wire kit instead.
When to replace: Patchy seals or visible dark marks on the wire. One wire per kit, so consider ordering two if you want a spare ready to go.
