Heat sealer spares kit for 500mm hand impulse sealers. Fits the PSF502, KS500 and similar 500mm models. Light duty replacement kit with 2mm flat wire.
What's included:
- 1x flat heating element wire (500mm seal length, 2mm width)
- 1x lower PTFE (Teflon) strip
This is a single-wire kit for light duty applications. If you're running higher volumes or want a spare wire on hand, order two kits or look at the standard PSH502 spares kit which includes two wires.
When to replace: Dark spots, pitting, or visible breaks on the wire. If seals are inconsistent or the timer needs cranking up, the element's worn out.
