- Description
Heat sealer element wire for 1000mm foot and hand operated impulse sealers. 3mm flat wire, pre-cut with eyelets. Fits the KS1000HI, SF1000 and other 1000mm sealers.
Specs:
- Wire width: 3mm
- Length between eyelets: 1045mm (1000mm seal length)
- Eyelet diameter: 4mm
PTFE not included. This is the longest pre-cut wire in the range. Worth keeping a spare on the shelf given the lead time on longer elements.
When to replace: At a metre long, uneven wear is common. Check both ends and the centre for dark marks or breaks. If the seal fades out before reaching the edges, the wire's done.
