Heat sealer element wire for 400mm foot operated impulse sealers. 3mm flat wire, pre-cut with eyelets. Fits the PackSealer PSF403C and compatible 400mm foot sealers.
Specs:
- Wire width: 3mm
- Length between eyelets: 430mm (400mm seal length)
PTFE not included. The 3mm wire produces a slightly wider seal than the standard 2mm element. Check your existing wire width before ordering.
When to replace: Patchy seals or longer cycle times point to a worn wire. Visible discolouration or breaks mean it needs swapping straight away.
