- Description
Heavy duty PTFE Teflon tape for heat sealers. 15mm wide self-adhesive roll, 5 metres long. Extra thick (0.25mm) for longer life on high-throughput sealers. Fits the lower jaw of hand and foot operated impulse sealers underneath the element wire.

Fits: PackSealer PSH and PSF-series sealers, KS-series, KSF-series, and most impulse sealers using a 15mm lower PTFE strip. The thicker material lasts longer on sealers running frequent cycles or sealing heavier gauge film.
For lighter applications, the 15mm Light Duty Teflon (0.10mm thick) is also available.
When to replace: If film is sticking to the lower jaw or seals are coming out uneven, the PTFE is worn through. Heavy duty tape typically lasts 2-3 times longer than standard thickness before needing replacement.
