- Description
PTFE zonal tape for heat sealers. 40mm wide, 10 metre roll. Self-adhesive edges with a non-adhesive centre strip that sits over the element wire. Designed for the upper jaw of impulse sealers.

- Width: 40mm overall (10mm adhesive / 20mm non-adhesive / 10mm adhesive)

- Thickness: 0.08mm (0.15mm PTFE coated glass woven fabric)
- Type: Zonal (adhesive edges, plain centre)
- Temperature range: -73 to +260 degrees C
- Food approved (USFDA)
How it works: The adhesive edges stick to the upper jaw to hold the tape in place. The non-adhesive centre sits directly over the heating element, providing a non-stick surface that lets sealed bags release cleanly without bonding to the jaw.
Fits: Hand and foot operated impulse sealers with a 40mm upper jaw. Suited to PackSealer PSH and PSF-series sealers and equivalent models from other manufacturers.
When to replace: If sealed film is sticking to the upper jaw, or the centre strip shows burn marks or has worn thin, the zonal tape needs changing.
