- Description
PTFE zonal tape for heat sealers. 50mm wide, 10 metre roll. Self-adhesive edges with a non-adhesive centre strip. Premium grade PTFE coated glass woven fabric for the upper jaw of industrial impulse sealers.

Fits: Larger industrial impulse sealers with a 50mm upper jaw, including Star Universal and Hulme Martin models. The 32mm non-adhesive centre strip accommodates wider element wires.
How it works: Adhesive edges bond to the upper jaw while the plain centre strip covers the element, preventing film from sticking during sealing. The glass woven fabric backing withstands high temperatures and repeated use.
When to replace: If the centre strip shows burn-through, film sticks to the upper jaw, or the adhesive edges are lifting, the tape is due for replacement.
